- Adult Size - 10-12"
- Avg Lifespan - 10 - 20 years
- Enclosure Requirements - 10-20 gal. These lizards are ground dwellers so highly is not important.
- Substrate - Papertowels should be used with juveniles to prevent accidental ingestion of substrate. Adults can be kept on soil or sand. Provide one hide per Lizard.
- Heating & Lighting - Ambient Temp of 75 Basking spot of 85-90 degrees.. UV lighting is debatable.
- Humidity - For these desert animals it is important to keep low humidity but provide a moist hide and a small shallow water dish.
- Diet - variety is very important! You should rotate between different types of insects and worms Feed juveniles everyday and adults every 2 to 3 days. Make sure to feed high quality gut loaded insects
- Supplements - Vitamin/mineral powder and calcium with D3 at every feeding.
- Leopard geckos are nocturnal.

- Avg Lifespan - 10 years
- Enclosure Requirements - Min 20H (these are arboreal lizards so height is important and they should have an ample amount of branches to climb on with plants for security)
- Substrate - cypress mulch or topsoil with drainage layer with sphagnum moss.
- Heating & Lighting - Ambient Temp of 80-85. Basking spot of 90-105 degrees.. UV lighting is debatable.
- Humidity - 60-80%, with ventilation. Mist 2-3 times a day, they prefer to drink from droplets on leaves but still provide a large enough water bowl for soaking.
- Diet - variety is very important! You should rotate between different types of insects and worms Feed once a day. Make sure to feed high quality gut loaded insects
- Supplements - Calcium with D3 once a week.
- Tokays are nocturnal.
- It is best to keep these geckos by themselves or in aPeale/female pair. Sometimes females will tolerate each other in larger enclosures.
